Set up before the call

Skinner's death shakes confidence in Facade while boosting Fruit, so the stock move should happen before Franklin starts the contract. A suppressed sniper rifle is also worth bringing along. Watch the right car

Head to Mutiny Road in La Puerta and park where Franklin can see the pickup area without sitting right on top of it. The woman Lester mentioned wears a pink hoodie, denim shorts, and red thigh-high boots. You will see a couple of drivers try their luck first. She turns both away. Don't fire at either car. Skinner arrives after them in a convertible, stops beside her, and becomes the only target that matters.

A cleaner Gold Medal route

A distant hillside gives you a better angle than the street and helps with the Clean Escape requirement. Take one controlled shot at the driver when Skinner is stopped, then get back to your own vehicle without hanging around. The practical order is.

Park a getaway car facing away from the pickup point.
Use the suppressed rifle from cover.
Leave La Puerta right after the shot.

If no police attention appears, you have handled the one Gold Medal condition that usually causes problems. It's tempting to watch the scene, but that only raises the chance of a wanted level.

Turn the payout into bigger money

After the mission, rest at a safehouse and check Fruit Computers each in-game day. The rise often tops out after two or three days, usually somewhere around 25 to 50 percent. Sell when it stops climbing, then move the proceeds into Facade while its price is down. Give FAC another three or four days to recover before selling.
